I didn’t create this method by studying or searching.
It came through surrender.
After stepping away from the world for nearly a year, I was guided—internally and clearly—to change everything: how I think, how I live, what I allow.
During that time, this practice came to me in prayer.
I didn’t teach it. I didn’t share it. I practiced it—daily.
What followed was a level of clarity, peace, and internal alignment I had never experienced before.
I later named it ElahaKey—because it felt like something given, not built.
